WILMINGTON — The following report is compiled using a disposition report provided by Clinton County Municipal Court. The information includes the defendant’s name, age, residence if listed, charge(s) disposed, fine, court costs assessed, jail sentence and any special conditions. Municipal Judge Mike Daugherty oversees the court, which administers the law in criminal misdemeanor cases.

The following pled guilty or were found guilty between June 19 and June 23:

• Jarad Smedley, 33, of Sabina, child endangerment, having physical control of a vehicle while under the in influence, sentenced to 360 days in jail, fined $500, assessed $125 court costs. Smedley must take part in supervised probation. If compliant, the court will suspend fine. Smedley only paid fines on the physical control charge. A second child endangerment charge and a driving under suspension-financial charge were dismissed.

• Terry Spurlock, Jr., 20, of Wilmington, reckless operation, sentenced to 30 days in jail (suspended), fined $500, assessed $125 court costs. The charge was amended from an O.V.I. charge. Spurlock must complete a three-day non-residential driver intervention program and two years of non-reporting probation. If compliant, the court will suspend $250 of fine. ALS suspend. An O.V.I. charge was dismissed.

• Mavis Mabry, 24, of Wilmington, reckless operation, sentenced to 30 days in jail (suspended), fined $500, assessed $125 court costs. The charge was amended from an O.V.I. charge. Mabry must complete a three-day non-residential driver intervention program and two years of non-reporting probation. If compliant, the court will suspend $250 of fine. ALS vacated. An O.V.I. charge and a tag/sticker violation were dismissed.

• Michael Fritz, 28, of Hilliard, reckless operation, sentenced to 30 days in jail (suspended), fined $250, assessed $125 court costs. The charge was amended from an O.V.I. charge. Fritz must complete a three-day non-residential driver intervention program. Jail time suspended on condition Fritz commit no further offenses for two years. ALS vacated. An additional O.V.I. charge along with a left to center violation were dismissed.

• Kelly Craft, 49, of Jamestown, O.V.I., sentenced to 180 days in jail (suspended), operator’s license suspended from March 19, 2017 to March 18, 2018, fined $375, assessed $125 court costs. Craft must take part in unsupervised probation. Craft has completed a three day residential driver intervention program. Driving privileges granted effective June 21, 2017. ALS vacated. An additional O.V.I. and a failure to control charge were dismissed.

• Hannah West, 22, of Lynchburg, reckless operation, sentenced to 30 days in jail (suspended), fined $500, assessed $125 court costs. The charge was amended from an O.V.I. charge. West must complete a three-day non-residential driver intervention program. If compliant, the court will suspend $250 of fine. ALS vacated. A failure to control charge was dismissed.

• Whitney Manning, 26, of Wilmington, reckless operation, sentenced to 30 days in jail (suspended), fined $250, assessed $125 court costs. The charge was amended from an O.V.I. charge. Manning must complete a three-day non-residential driver intervention program. It will credit three days of jail on condition of no further offenses for two years. ALS vacated. An additional O.V.I. charge and a mark lane violation were dismissed.

• Beau Maikut, 35, of Wilmington, tampering with a coin machine, two counts of theft, sentenced to 540 days in jail (suspended), fined $2,100, assessed $375 court costs. Maikut must take part in supervised probation, must have no contact with the victim, and pay $1,293.63 in restitution. If compliant, the court will suspend $1,500 of fine. An additional theft charge was dismissed.

• Reed Maikut, 34, of Wilmington, tampering with a coin machine, criminal damage, sentenced to 270 days in jail (suspended), fined $1,750, assessed $250 court costs. Maikut must take part in supervised probation, have no contact with the victim, and pay restitution of $1,293.62. If compliant, the court will suspend $325 of fine. A theft charge was dismissed.

• Eric Slaven, 43, of Blanchester, cruelty to animals, sentenced to 30 days in jail (suspended), fined $200, assessed $125 court costs. Slaven must take part in 24 months of supervised of non-reporting probation.

• Andrew Golden, 22, of Wilmington, theft, sentenced to 180 days in jail (174 suspended), fined $1,000, assessed $125 court costs. The charge was amended from a breaking and entering charge. Golden must take part in supervised probation. If compliant, the court will suspend $700 from fine.

• Christopher Conger, 25, of Wilmington, marijuana possession, two counts of theft, drug paraphernalia, sentenced to 370 days in jail (suspended), fined $800, assessed $375 court costs. Conger must write a letter of apology to the victim, take part in supervised probation, pay restitution of $103.35, and have no contact with the victim. A marijuana drug paraphernalia and two additional drug paraphernalia charges were dismissed.

• Marina Lynch, 19, of Wilmington, assault, trespassing, sentenced to 210 days in jail, fined $1,250, assessed $250 court costs. Probation is to obtain mental health assessment to consider suitability for probation. Must have no contact with the victim. An additional trespassing charge was dismissed.

• Joseph Schlea, 24, of Wilmington, child endangerment, sentenced to 180 days in jail (suspended), fined $1,000, assessed $125 court costs. Schlea must take part in supervised probation. If compliant, the court will suspend $700 of fine. Additional charges of domestic violence and assault were dismissed.

• Robert Mcbee, 28, of Wilmington, criminal damages, domestic violence, sentenced to 270 days in jail (90 days suspended), fined $1,250, assessed $250 court costs. Mcbee must have no contact with the victim and pay $500 in restitution. A complicity charge was dismissed.

• Manoj Sharma, 48, of Wilmington, disorderly conduct, fined $100, assessed $125 court costs. The charge was amended from a selling/order/pay for intoxicating liquor to minors.

• Ronald Brooks, 30, of Sabina, escape from under detention, sentenced to 180 days in jail (150 days suspended), fined $1,000, assessed $125 court costs. Brooks must take part in supervised probation.

• Arntanaro Nelson, 31, of Wilmington, drug possession, fined $100, assessed $125 court costs.

• Kyle Shattuck, 30, of Sabina, disorderly conduct, sentenced to 10 days in jail (suspended), fined $50, assessed $125 court costs. The charge was amended from an aggravated menacing charge.

• Malissa Green, 27, of Sabina, obstruction of official business, sentenced to 30 days in jail (seven days suspended), fined $100, assessed $125 court costs. Green must take part in non-reporting probation and commit no offenses for two years.

• Noah Zurface, 19, of Port William, marijuana possession, fined $100, assessed $125 court costs.

•Hannah Greene, 19, of Leesburg, theft. Greene must write a letter of apology to the victim, pay restitution of $7.98, and complete diversion. Sentencing stayed.

• Jack Fulton, 18, of Wilmington, marijuana possession, fined $100, assessed $125 court costs.

• Dwight Barnes, 54, of Wilmington, trespassing, sentenced to 10 days in jail (suspended), fined $50, assessed $125 court costs.

• Justin Fox, 33, of Wilmington, driving under suspension-failing to reinstate, sentenced to 10 days in jail (suspended), fined $100, assessed $125 court costs.

• Matthew Warren, 25, of Goshen, going 90 in a 70 mph speed zone, fined $105, assessed $125 court costs. The case was waived by the defendant.

• Eric Tangang, 35, of Cincinnati, going 90 in a 70 mph speed zone, fined $105, assessed $125 court costs.
