A farewell party was held Friday at the J.W. Denver Williams Jr. Memorial Park for Wilmington Parks & Recreation Director Lori Kersey Williams, in the foreground facing camera, who is retiring. She was presented a plaque of appreciation by Wilmington Mayor John Stanforth “for five years of dedicated, professional, and loyal service to the City and the citizens of Wilmington.”
