Community dinner at Grace UMC

Grace United Methodist Church in Blanchester will host a free dinner (cookout) for the community from 4:30-6:30 p.m. Thursday, Aug. 24 in the fellowship hall of the church. The church extends a warm welcome to anyone in the community to enjoy a delicious dinner and a chance to visit with their neighbors. All are welcome.

Remembrance at Ada Chapel

You are invited to join the Ada Chapel Friends Meeting on Sunday, Aug. 27 to remember Bonnie (Brannon) Huff, Phoebe (Brannon) Neanover, Dan and Charlotte Anderson, Audrey Haines and Petronele Plikyniene for a bench dedication ceremony. The event is in honor of their lives and their contributions to, participation in and spiritual guidance offered to all who have attended Ada Chapel Friends Meeting.

Service begins at 10 a.m. with the bench dedication beginning at around 11 a.m. and ending with light refreshments and a pictorial reminiscence of the church and its members. You are invited to attend all or any of these events.
