Municipal court dispositions June 8-12

WILMINGTON — The following report is compiled using a disposition report provided by the Clinton County Municipal Court. The information includes the name of the defendant, age, location (if known), charge disposed, fine, court costs assessed, jail sentence and any special conditions. Municipal Court handles criminal misdemeanors, traffic cases and some civil cases. Only the criminal misdemeanors are listed here.

The following were found or pleaded guilty in Clinton County Municipal Court from June 8 to June 12:

Matthew Fulton, 29, of Wilmington, possession of drug abuse instrument, sentenced 60 days jail (suspended), fined $100, assessed $100 court costs, 40 hours community service, unsupervised probation to include alcohol assessment and follow through.

Tyler Mason, 19, of Wilmington, under age consumption, sentencing stayed.

Deena Camp, 44, of Wilmington, two counts theft, sentenced 180 days jail (suspended), fined $1,050, assessed $200 court costs, no contact with Walmart, one year supervised probation; if Camp is compliant, $600 of the fine will be suspended.

James Langan, 19, of Xenia, trespassing, fined $100, assessed $100 court costs, must not trespass on any property.

Ashley Bowens, 23, of Lynx, trespassing, sentenced 15 days jail (suspended), fined $50, assessed $100 court costs, no contact with Northland Court Apartments and good behavior for two years.

Edward Moore, 24, of Wilmington, domestic violence, sentenced 180 days jail, fined $350, assessed $100 court costs, no contact with a certain woman. After 90 days of jail, Moore is to be released on supervised probation for two years.

Loren Dressler, 52, of Martinsville, domestic violence, 60 days jail (suspended), fined $250, assessed $100 court costs, one year supervised probation, must attend alternatives to violence class. CHECK.

Paul Crone, 24, of Blanchester, disorderly conduct, fined $60, assessed $100 court costs.

Matt Matthews, 32, of Georgetown, disorderly conduct, fined $60, assessed $100 court costs.

Dwayne Cromer, 53, of Midland, possession of drug paraphernalia, fined $100, assessed $100 court costs.

Robert Rapp, 25, of Washington Court House, possession of marijuana, fined $100, assessed $100 court costs, contraband to be destroyed.

David Maus, 26, of Wilmington, possession of drug paraphernalia, fined $100, assessed $100 court costs.

Tayler Blakeman, 20, of Wilmington, underage consumption, sentenced 90 days jail (suspended), fined $600, assessed $100 court costs, one year supervised probation; if compliant, $400 of the fine will be suspended. A charge of obstructing official business against Blakeman was dismissed.

Seth Goldie, 20, of Fairborn, underage consumption, sentencing stayed to allow defendant to complete diversion program.

Timothy Boyer, 54, New Vienna, disorderly conduct, fined $50, assessed $100 court costs. The charge was reduced from theft.

Courtney Dixon, 26, of Miamisburg, disorderly conduct. The charge was reduced from assault, and sentencing was stayed.

Maxwell Sill, 24, of Blanchester, intimidation and telephone harassment, sentenced 60 days jail (suspended), fined $200, assessed $200 court costs, no similar offense for two years, no contact with a number of people. One charge each of menacing and telephone harassment was dismissed. The intimidation charge was reduced from a level three felony count of intimidation.

Jarrod Davis, 30, of Wilmington, domestic violence, sentenced 90 days jail (suspended), fined $150, assessed $100 court costs; jail suspended on condition Davis completes domestic violence class.

Austin Vanscoy, 19, underage consumption, sentencing stayed to allow Vanscoy to complete diversion program.

Warren Vipperman, 19, of Jamestown, underage consumption, sentencing stayed to allow Vipperman to complete diversion program. A separate charge of public indecency was dismissed.

Brandon Fisher, 28, of Bowersville, possession of drug abuse instrument, assault and two counts driving under suspension, sentenced 180 days jail, fined $300, assessed $300 court costs. Charges of possessing a drug abuse instrument, and numerous traffic violations were dismissed.

Sandra McKee, 61, of Wilmington, theft, sentencing stayed to allow McKee to complete a diversion program.

Matthew Kerns, 43, disorderly conduct, fined $25, assessed $100 court costs.

Kyle Shoemaker, 23, of Blanchester, driving under suspension, fined $100, assessed $100 court costs. Charges of possession of drug paraphernalia, failure to stay in marked lanes were dismissed.

Joshua Shaw, 29, of Wilmington, possession of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia, fined $150, assessed $200 court costs.

The following had charges that were dismissed:

Brandon Allen, of Wilmington, tax violation; charge dismissed.

Carol Tucker, of Wilmington, tax violation; charge dismissed.

James Tucker, of Wilmington, tax violation; charge dismissed.

Cindy Conger, of Wilmington, tax violation; charge dismissed.

Justin Haynes, 33, of Bainbridge, possessing a dangerous drug; charge dismissed.
