CMH Regional Health System recently launched 24/7 interventional cardiac care.
In addition to 24/7 coverage, CMH opened an outpatient cardiology clinic – Cardiology Associates of Southwest Ohio – and welcomed Dr. Nihad Al-Assaad and Dr. Rakesh Chawla to the clinic and CMH medical staff.
In celebration of the clinic’s successful launch and to welcome Drs. Al-Assaad and Chawla to the community, CMH is hosting an open house and ribbon cutting 11 a.m.-1 p.m. Friday, Nov. 3.
Greg Nielsen, CEO of CMH Regional Health System, spoke to the clinic and program success so far at CMH:
“Dr. Al-Assaad and Dr. Chawla bring so much to our medical staff and our community – we’re excited to welcome them and celebrate the successful launch of our 24/7 program and the opening of the outpatient clinic. There will be light refreshments available throughout, and a formal ribbon cutting with the Wilmington-Clinton County Chamber of Commerce at 1:30 p.m. All are welcome.
