WILMINGTON – A Hillsboro man was killed early Sunday morning in a one-vehicle accident in Clinton County.

According to the Ohio State Highway Patrol Wilmington Post, Devin Cosby, 23, was operating a vehicle on SR 73 on a four-lane portion of the road near SR 22 and 3 at 3:05 a.m. Sunday when his vehicle traveled off the left side of the road, into the median, then rolled over a couple times.

Cosby was not wearing a seat belt at the time of the crash and that contributed to his death, according to the state patrol.

The accident remains under investigation.
