Wreck snarls Chester Twp. traffic

A concrete-pumping truck went off the road and into a field along Oglesbee Road in Chester Twp. Wednesday at about 5:20 a.m., closing one lane of traffic for around five hours. There were no injuries; the driver of the truck refused medical treatment, according to Chester Twp. Fire Chief Richard Erbaugh. Chester Twp. emergency responders cleaned up about 15 gallons of hydraulic fluid that leaked into the field, Erbaugh said.
