WILMINGTON — The following information is obtained from the Clinton County Health Department and is compiled from inspection reports.

Violations are either critical or non-critical. Critical violations are more likely to contribute to food contamination, illness or an environmental health hazard, including inadequate cooking of food items or poor personal hygiene.

68 Family Restaurant, 8295 U.S. 68, Wilmington, 6-17-15, standard. Bologna found date marked June 6. Pecan pie on storage rack at room temperature. Food residues on tray holding utensils. Walk-in cooler shelving food debris accumulations. Hand sink missing soap and paper towels. Ash tray, cigarette pack and lighter found on storage rack with clean dishes and food supplies. Floor damaged near hot water heater, dish washing area and under cooking equipment. Wall damaged in women’s restroom. Grease and food debris accumulations observed on floor under/near broaster, fryer, grill, stove, oven and storage shelves. Mouse droppings observed under rack.

Corner Pizza, 793 N. Howard St., Sabina, 6-16-15, standard. Pizza make table cooler too warm.

The Crowe Bar, 227 N. Howard St., Sabina, 6-16-15, standard. No violations noted.

Subway, 31 E. Washington St., Sabina, 6-16-15, standard. Refrigeration under turbo oven not cold enough. Light not working in cooler. Light shield, cover missing on bulbs above veggie toppings in sandwich line.

Martin’s Community Meat, 230 Main St., Port William, 6-17-15, standard. Pulled pork and chicken barbeque not licensed for retail sale. Cottage foods missing quantity of contents on label. Ingredient info missing for bulk donuts. Donuts must be covered or under a lid. Light not working in walk-in cooler. Pepto bismol found in box with seasoning. Toilet in restroom leaking. Floor paint worn in cutting areas.

The Fishing Pole Bait Shop, 5071 State Route 350 W., Clarksville, 6-18-15, standard. No violations noted.

Blanchester Learning Center, 103 E. Center St., Blanchester, 6-19-15, standard. Lightbulb missing in refrigerator.
