Clinton County Job Center hosting May 10 open house

WILMINGTON — In conjunction with celebrating In-Demand Jobs Week, OhioMeansJobs Clinton County will host an Open House on Thursday, May 10 from 2 to 4 p.m. in the Clinton County Job and Family Services facility located at 1025 South South St. in Wilmington.

A media release from OhioMeansJobs Clinton County stated the event will help spread the word that many good-paying jobs are available in Clinton County.

“We will be featuring information on available career choices right here in our community. The general public is welcome and encouraged to attend this Open House to seek information on enhancing personal opportunities to get started in an ‘in-demand’ career,” stated the release.

Employers as well as job seekers will be introduced to the array of services available in the Clinton County Job Center that provide assistance with a person’s individualized career needs.

More than 200 types of jobs in Ohio are considered “in demand” based on labor market information, job postings on OhioMeansJobs.com, JobsOhio regional forecasts and employer forecasts.
