WILMINGTON — Leadership Clinton is having an afterhours event for past and present adult Leadership Clinton graduates on Thursday, Nov. 5 at the Wilmington Eagles social room, 141 E. Sugartree St., from 5:30 to 8 p.m.

Light snacks and beverages will be provided by the Eagles Auxiliary. There will also be a cash bar.

Leadership Clinton was founded in 1986, with the first graduating class in 1987. The current class is the 29th, with 13 members. The current executive director is Scott Holmer, a graduate of the 1987 class.

CCLI’s purpose is to provide participants and graduates with the community knowledge and the tools needed to enrich, cultivate, sustain and promote their interest in leadership roles, stated a media release.

“We hope many alumni can come to see former classmates and catch up with old friendships,” a spokesperson said.

Call 382-7120 to let CCLI know that you plan to attend.

“If not attending, we’d love to hear from you and what you are doing since graduating,” added the spokesperson.
