East Clinton Wind Ensemble members Mikala Runk and Ethan Reedy were recently selected to perform in the Youth Wind Ensemble at Sinclair Community College. At the April 22 performance (and pictured), Runk, a senior clarientist, and Reedy, a sophomore percussionist, performed for composer Robert Sheldon. Sheldon’s works are widely acclaimed and performed by concert bands around the world. The Sinclair Youth Wind Ensemble forms each winter semester for spring performance and is under the direction of Dr. Kenneth Kohlenberg.
