Closing Prairie Road for 2 weeks

Prairie Road will be closed for a culvert replacement beginning Tuesday, July 10, weather permitting, according to the Clinton County Engineer’s Office.

This bridge is located between Lowe’s Drive and Starbuck Road in Union Township.

The last address accessible from the south (Lowe’s Drive) is 2519 Prairie Road. The last address accessible from the north (Starbuck Road) is 2671 Prairie Road.

The project is anticipated to take two weeks.

WILMINGTON — All profits from a raffle at the BDK booth at the Clinton County Fair this week will be donated toward a proposed Blanchester Pool and Recreation Center. The raffle winner will receive a 7-foot tall, 12 by 21 carport building (Reliable Metal Buildings LLC).

A raffle ticket is $10.
