Bennett Realty sets up offices

Bennett Realty has set up a temporary location at 930 Prairie Ave. in Wilmington and the company is fully operational.

The company’s building on West Locust Street was destroyed by a fire on Tuesday night, Sept. 4.

Lazenby Road to be closed

Lazenby Road will be closed for bridge maintenance beginning Monday, Sept. 17, weather permitting, according to the Clinton County Engineer’s Office.

This bridge is located between US 68 and Macedonia Road in Washington Township. The last house accessible from the west (US 68) is 1351 Lazenby Road. The last house accessible from the east (Macedonia Road) is 1534 Macedonia Road.

The project is anticipated to take two weeks.
