The Wilmington Public Library was the site Saturday morning for the dedication of four trees donated in memory of Tammy McKay, who died in July 2017. The trees are two Nannyberry Viburnums, a Bur Oak and a White Oak. McKay had served as secretary of the former Clinton County Environmental Protection Association, Clinton Streamkeepers, and the Wilmington Tree Commission.
