More municipal court decisions handed down

WILMINGTON — The following report is compiled using a disposition report provided by Clinton County Municipal Court. The information includes the defendant’s name, age, residence if listed, charge(s) disposed, fine, court costs assessed, jail sentence and any special conditions. Municipal Judge Mike Daugherty oversees the court, which administers the law in criminal misdemeanor cases.

The following continues the list of those who pled guilty or were found guilty between Sept. 24 and Sept. 28:

• Christopher Gillam, 32, of Wilmington, domestic violence. If Gillam completes intervention and pays costs, the court will vacate the guilty pleas and dismiss the charge upon payment of costs. If he does not, the court will impose the sentence. The temporary protection order was terminated upon request of the victim.

• Jeffrey Beebe, 42, of Maineville, criminal mischief, fined $25, assessed $125 court costs. Additional charges of domestic violence, temporary protection order violation, and two assault charges were dismissed.

• Tannya Smith, 35, of Wilmington, two counts of driving under suspension-financial, fined $500, assessed $250 court costs. A third driving under suspension-financial charge was dismissed.

• Rasawn Chandler, 27, of Southwest Massillon, driving under suspension, fined $250, assessed $125 court costs. A driving 84 in a 70 mph speed zone charge was dismissed.

• Joshua Cardiff, 27, of Dayton, underage consumption, fined $250, assessed $125 court costs. The case was originally filed in 2010.

• Brittany Howard, 21, of Wilmington, drug paraphernalia, fined $100, assessed $125 court costs.

• Shanytlyn Murray, 18, of Leesburg, drug possession, fined $100, assessed $125 court costs. A drug paraphernalia charge was dismissed. Contraband was ordered destroyed.

• Brian Cofer Jr., 33, of Columbus, going 95 in a 70 mph speed zone, fined $105, assessed $125 court costs. The case was waived by the defendant.

• Kendall McKee, 31, of Wilmington, disorderly conduct, fined $250, assessed $125 court costs. The charge was amended from an obstructing official business charge.

• Gary Trenary, 44, of Wilmington, disorderly conduct, fined $25, assessed $125 court costs.

• Alisha Willard, 18, of Lynchburg, going 95 in a 70 mph speed zone, fined $100, assessed $125 court costs. A no operator’s license charge was dismissed.

• Jesse Beck, 24, of Huber Heights, marijuana possession, fined $100, assessed $125 court costs. The case the waived by the defendant.

• Vanessa Brooks, 45, of Lithonia, going 97 in a 70 mph speed zone, fined $105, assessed $125 court costs. The case was waived by the defendant.

• Lesley Kahn, 26, of Cincinnati, going 94 in a 70 mph speed zone, fined $30, assessed $125 court costs.
