Buster the Mouse, from the Clinton County Solid Waste District, has caught the second winner in the Get Caught Recycling Campaign. Virginia Saville was caught “green-handed” putting the proper recyclables into the community drop-off recycling containers at IGA in Sabina. For her efforts in practicing the 3-R’s, Mrs. Saville received several recycled-content prizes, including a hammock and a backpack made from plastic bottles.
