Clinton County grand jury indicts 19; most drug-related

WILMINGTON — Three people are charged with forgery, two with domestic violence and one person with robbery after recent convenings of a local grand jury.

Most of the indictments, however, are as usual related to drugs.

The people indicted are identified below, along with the charges issued against them. All of the alleged criminal acts are said to have occurred within Clinton County.

Nicholas D. Miller, 37, of Hillsboro and formerly of Wilmington, was indicted with aggravated possession of drugs, possessing drugs, possessing controlled substance analog, illegal use of food stamps or WIC program benefits, trafficking marijuana, and with violating the charge of persons who may sell, purchase, distribute or deliver dangerous drugs.

Brandon C. McComas, 24, no known address, was indicted with four counts of illegal assembly or possession of chemicals for the manufacture of drugs, and with two counts of illegal manufacture of drugs.

Jessica Hall, 29, of Pleasant Plain and formerly of Clarksville, was indicted with illegal assembly or possession of chemicals for the manufacture of drugs, and with aggravated possession of drugs.

Ivan Jones Jr., 47, of Pleasant Plain, was indicted with illegal assembly or possession of chemicals for the manufacture of drugs and with aggravated possession of drugs.

Timothy A. Taylor Jr., 32, no address listed, was indicted with possessing heroin, aggravated possession of drugs, illegal conveyance of drugs of abuse on the grounds of a detention facility, and with aggravated possession of drugs.

Matthew T. Murphy, 31, of Wilmington, was indicted with illegal assembly or possession of chemicals for the manufacture of drugs, illegal manufacture of drugs, and with endangering children.

David J. Baker, 33, of Clarksville, was indicted with forgery.

Neal A. Bowen, 34, of Carlisle, was indicted with passing bad checks and with forgery.

Jody M. Boram Jr., 26, of Midland, was indicted with aggravated possession of drugs.

Steven L. Cochrane, 60, of Wilmington, was indicted with possessing heroin.

Connie S. Tackett, 42, of Springfield, was indicted with trafficking in heroin and possessing heroin.

Douglas R. Osborne, 49, of Springfield, was indicted with trafficking in heroin and possessing heroin.

Kyle Bradley Goings, 32, of Wilmington, was indicted with four counts of domestic violence and with abduction.

Shane A. Jones, 36, of Wilmington, was indicted with domestic violence.

Miranda L. Captain, 41, of Wilmington, was indicted with two counts of robbery and one count of assault.

Joseph W. West, 31, of Wilmington, was indicted with aggravated possession of drugs and with possessing drugs.

Brandi N. Turner, 33, of Wilmington, was indicted with illegal use of food stamps or WIC (Women, Infants and Children) program benefits.

Jackson D. Creamer, 34, of Sabina, was indicted with receiving stolen property.

Davida C. Brooks, 38, of Sabina, was indicted with theft and two counts of forgery.
