15 guilty in Clinton County Municipal Court

WILMINGTON — The following report is compiled using a disposition report provided by the Clinton County Municipal Court. The information includes the name of the defendant, age, location (if listed), charge disposed, fine, court costs assessed, jail sentence and any special conditions. Municipal Judge Mike Daugherty oversees the court, which handles misdemeanors, traffic cases and some civil cases. Only the criminal misdemeanors are included here.

The following pled guilty or were found guilty during the week of Dec. 7-11:

• David Blevins II, 26, of Wilmington, attempted assault and child endangerment, sentenced 270 days jail (stayed), fined $200, assessed $200 court costs. Jail stayed so Blevins can complete probation, a self-assessment questionnaire and treatment and on condition he have no further violations. Blevins must comply with any recommended treatment.

• Geordan Caldwell, 24, of Xenia, driving without consent and assault, sentenced 360 days jail, fined $350, assessed $200 court costs. Separate charges of criminal damages and burglary were dismissed.

• Bradley Parker, 49, of Glouster, disorderly conduct, fined $50, assessed $100 court costs. A separate charge of disorderly conduct against Parker was dismissed.

• Devon Bullock, 19, of Hillsboro, possession of marijuana, fined $50, assessed $100 court costs, license suspended for six months.

• Mark Golightly, 19, of Wilmington, possession of drug paraphernalia, sentenced 30 days jail (20 suspended), fined $250, assessed $100 court costs, must have no drug-related offense for three years.

• Regan Carnahan, 36, of Wilmington, theft, sentencing stayed to allow defendant to complete diversion.

• Timothy Richardson, 26, of Wilmington, possession of marijuana, fined $100, assessed $100 court costs, license suspended for six months. Limited driving privileges may be restored upon proof of insurance.

• Joseph Allen, 34, of Watertown, domestic violence, sentencing stayed to allow Allen to complete diversion.

• Matthew Fulton, 30, of Wilmington, theft and trespassing, sentenced 210 days jail (170 days suspended), fined $250, assessed $200 court costs, no further violations, do not return to a specific home for any reason, no drugs.

• John Norton, 34, of Blanchester, unauthorized use of property, sentenced 30 days jail (suspended), fined $100, assessed $100 court costs, no alcohol, two years probation.

• Ashley Uyrga, 30, of Loveland, disorderly conduct, sentenced 10 days jail (suspended), fined $100, assessed $100 court costs, two years unsupervised probation, no further violations.

• Robert Conley, 38, of Wilmington, possession of marijuana, fined $100, assessed $100 court costs.

• Chad Hastings Jr., 21, of Sabina, menacing, sentenced 30 days jail (suspended), fined $100, assessed $100 court costs, two years unsupervised probation, no further violations, no contact with a certain person.

• Sabrina Fulton, 27, obstruction of official business, sentenced 90 days jail, fined $250, assessed $100 court costs.

• Gary Saylor II, 40, of Wilmington, theft, sentenced 180 days jail (170 suspended), fined $100, assessed $100 court costs, two years supervised probation, must not enter a certain chain of businesses. A separate charge of theft was dismissed.

Charges against the following were dismissed:

• Trent Terry, 38, of Springfield, violation of a protection order; charge dismissed.

• Cynthia Egner, 56, of Wilmington, trespassing; charge dismissed.

• Dakota Gray, 20, of Kettering, theft and underage consumption; all charges dismissed.

• Ryan Cooper, 18, of Dayton, theft and underage consumption; all charges dismissed.

• Connie Adams, 56, of Clarksville, theft; charge dismissed.

• Tiffany Straight, 25, of New Vienna, unauthorized use; charge dismissed.

• Lori Murray, 46, of Wilmington, theft; charge dismissed.

• Lori Pfister, 49, of Wilmington, theft; charge dismissed.

Also in Clinton County Municipal Court:

• David Campbell, 21, of Wilmington, was transferred to Clinton County Common Pleas Court on three charges of allegedly breaking and entering.

• Brian Applegate, 36, of Sabina, was transferred to Clinton County Common Pleas Court on a charge of allegedly possessing heroin.
