No door-to-door Ho-Ho raffle

Someone claiming to be from Faith Lutheran Church is selling raffle tickets claiming they are raising money for the Ho-Ho Shop.

However, “Faith Lutheran is not doing this, so it is probably a scam,” said Rev. June Fryman of Faith Lutheran Church.

Last year a woman scammer was going door-to-door in the Wilmington area claiming she was soliciting donations for the Ho-Ho Shop. The Ho-Ho Shop does not solicit door-to-door and is not selling raffle tickets.
