COLUMBUS — 30 Lines, LLC, a Columbus-based digital agency, announced the recent promotion of Wilmington resident Kristi Fickert to Senior Vice President of Engagement and Growth.

The company “has experienced significant growth in the last 10 months, largely due to its commitment to developing innovative marketing technologies and applying them to the various industries they serve,” 30 Lines announced.

The company works with businesses of all sizes, from start-ups to well-established Fortune 500 firms, including several Clinton County and Wilmington-area businesses, and was recently recognized by Inc. 5000 as one of the nation’s fastest-growing private companies.

Fickert was most recently Vice President of Marketing and Training for the firm.

In her new role, she will oversee client services, with an emphasis on engagement and collaboration with both 30 Lines’ associates and partners and will continue to drive the company’s sales operations.

In addition, she will expand her position as an industry thought-leader and educator through professional speaking engagements across the county.

“Kristi has extensive and valuable business relationships, and her ability to relate to our clients and understand their challenges is extremely beneficial for both parties,” said 30 Lines President Mike Whaling. “Her approachability and knack for turning technical marketing strategies into easy-to-understand initiatives with impressive results creates an environment that our customers appreciate.”

Fickert is a 1995 graduate of Clinton-Massie High School, attended Ohio University, is a 2018 graduate of Leadership Clinton and is on Wilmington City Council.

The company has promoted six additional employees to new roles and elevated two additional internal members to key leadership positions within the organization as a result of their recent growth.
