First State Bank ready to cut ribbon

The team at First State Bank is pleased to announce the grand opening of a loan production office in Wilmington, at 832 Rombach Avenue in the Donato’s Retail Shopping Center.

The opening will be celebrated with a ribbon-cutting ceremony on April 11 at 9 a.m. with the Wilmington-Clinton County Chamber of Commerce. In addition to representatives from the First State Bank Board of Directors and company employees, local business owners, elected officials and community leaders are expected to be in attendance. After the ribbon-cutting, light breakfast fare and refreshments will be served.

The office will be solely devoted to lending activities and will include space for loan processing as well as client meetings and closings. Lending options will include residential, government, agricultural and commercial loans.

The office will be staffed by Amy Hamilton, commercial and agricultural loan officer; Jennifer Collier, office manager; and Jeff Ratliff and Doug Henry, both in business development.
