WILMINGTON — A National Day of Prayer observance will be held on Thursday, May 2 from noon to 12:20 p.m. at the rotunda of the Clinton County Court House.

Pastor Josh Dixon of Bible Baptist Church will give a brief message and Seminarian Eddie Hoffman of St. Columbkille Catholic Church will lead in prayer.

Mayor John Stanforth will issue a proclamation of the day and the Persing Girls will perform the music.

All are welcome to attend this 68th celebration of the National Day of Prayer. The national theme is “Love One Another” taken from John 13:34.
