To the citizens of Wilmington, I have known Bill Liermann for many years as a strong, involved and passionate volunteer in community building and community activism in the city of Wilmington.

Bill Liermann has the experience needed to take on new and old challenges that the city is currently facing. Bill will ask the tough questions and ensure no stones are left unturned before making an informed decision. He is an independent thinker and will work hard for the citizens of Wilmington.

I personally would like to thank Bill for all of his hard work and dedication. As I served on Wilmington City Council I watched Bill attend every committee and council meeting even though he was not an elected official because he cared so deeply for his community. That dedication and commitment is rare and should be acknowledged.
