Is it not the President of the United States (POTUS) who sets the rhetorical tone? He who has a crude or derogatory name for every person he dislikes — which seems to be most everyone except the leader of the country who has proven to have tried to disrupt our elections

Strangely, I agree with Mr. Cook on one point: Political discourse should be more civil. How about a decent example from the POTUS?
