STREAKS, STATS AND NOTES — Browns have won last three in series. Last time they won more was 1992-95 when they took seven straight over Dave Shula-coached Bengals. … Cleveland’s season that began with huge expectations ends in bitter disappointment. First-year coach Freddie Kitchens hoping for second season, but team’s lack of discipline and other drama may be enough to warrant more change by ownership. … Browns will miss playoffs for 17th straight season , NFL’s longest current postseason drought. Browns were only team in league not to have winning record in past decade. Last winning season was 10-6 in 2007. … With season sweep of Bengals, Browns will match win total in 2018 (7-8-1) and finish 4-2 in AFC North, two positives for Kitchens. … RB Nick Chubb is league’s leading rusher with 1,453 yards, most for Cleveland back since Hall of Famer Jim Brown (1,863) in 1963. Browns haven’t had league’s rushing champion since Leroy Kelly in 1968. … QB Baker Mayfield closes out uneven second season. He enters finale with more interceptions (18) and fewer TD passes (19) than he had as rookie (14, 27). … LG Joel Bitonio has not missed offensive snap since start of 2016 season. … Browns defensive line depleted by injuries, forcing team to use players only recently added to roster. … Jarvis Landry has caught at least two passes in 94 straight games, league’s longest active streak. Tim Brown holds record (147). … Loss would leave Bengals with worst record in their 52-year history; 2002 team under Dick LeBeau went 2-14. … Bengals have clinched top pick in draft for first time since 2003, when they took Carson Palmer. … Bengals will set record low attendance for season at Paul Brown Stadium, which opened in 2000. Averaging only 47,096 this season. … Bengals have scored fewest points in league (16.4 per game). Tied for last in turnover margin at minus-16. … Andy Dalton makes what could be final start in nine-year career for Bengals, who are expected to take QB in draft. Dalton is 1-3 since returning from three-game benching in favor of rookie Ryan Finley. … Dalton had season-high four TD passes in Miami last week after matching career high with four INTs in loss to Patriots. … Joe Mixon needs 25 yards rushing to become fifth in franchise history with back-to-back seasons of 1,000 yards. … WR Tyler Boyd needs 13 yards receiving for second straight 1,000-yard season. He would become sixth Bengal with multiple seasons of 1,000 yards receiving. … Giovani Bernard needs three catches to tie James Brooks’ club record of 197 career receptions by RB. … Fantasy tip: Chubb and Mixon could have big days. Chubb rushed for 106 yards in win over Bengals earlier this month. Mixon is focus of Bengals offense with receiving group depleted.
