The East Clinton junior varsity volleyball team defeated Clinton-Massie Monday night 25-19, 25-12 in a non-league match.

Coach Bob Malone said, “These ladies have made this season one to remember. They take volleyball serious but know how to have fun and they show it on the court. With one game to go to finish a perfect season these ladies are ready for it.”

Esa Clinton is 15-0 overall and 9-0 against SBAAC National Division rivals.

Sydney Beiting had a perfect pass and Eryn Bowman had an ace, two points and an assist. Hadlie Clark had two perfect passes and Jordan Collom finished with a kill, two aces, 11 assists and a perfect pass. Cadence Howard had two kills and a perfect pass. Jozie Jones recorded five kills, three aces and 13 points. Lauren Stonewall had seven kills, two aces, three assists and two digs.

Hayley Mess totaled a kill, an ace, two perfect passes and two digs. Cheyenne Reed had a kill, an ace, an assist and two perfect passes. Abbie Reynolds had an ace, three points and a perfect pass. Bryston Roach contributed a kill and three digs while Liz Schiff chipped in a kill, two perfect passes and two digs. Aubrie Simpson had two points, 13 perfect passes and eight digs.
