Ryan Brewer sets BHS boys bowling record

WILMINGTON — The Blanchester boys bowling team had a season best score in its win Monday over Bethel-Tate, 2481 to 1942, here at Royal Z Lanes.

Ryan Brewer had a school record two-game series of 472 to lead Blanchester, BHS coach Troy Ballinger said.

Bryan Brewer had a 429 with Braxton McFaddin next with a 342. Dakota Abney had 279 and Jacob Shelton finished with 274.

Blanchester finishes second in the SBAAC National Division with a 9-3 regular season record.

The Blanchester girls were defeated 1837 to 1576.

Katelyn Toles had a 302 series for the best BHS score.

Madison Pembleton had 250 and Emily Wilson 230. Kayla Lanham had a 217 and Gracie Kaehler finished with 201.

Blanchester finishes the National Division schedule with a 4-8 record.
