WILMINGTON — Mount Notre Dame scored early and often Tuesday in a 14-1 win over Wilmington in non-leagues softball.

Wilmington (2-8) had four hits and one walk while striking out 10 times in the five-inning game.

Mount Notre Dame (7-2) had five runs in the first inning and added seven in the second.
