Wilmington College junior wide receiver Lathan Jones has been named the Ohio Athletic Conference Offensive Player of the Week for his performance against Otterbein University Saturday.

The Sidney High School graduate hauled in four passes for 204 yards and a touchdown to aid the Fightin’ Quakers in a 32-26 come-from-behind victory over the Cardinals on Homecoming..

Jones’ last two catches both setup touchdowns as quarterback Adam Dixon hit in him stride for 67-yard reception in the third quarter and a 74-yard touchdown strike in the fourth that put the Quakers ahead 24-20.

Wilmington (2-1, 1-1 OAC) heads to Capital University 1:30 p.m. Saturday.
