LEES CREEK — The East Clinton Junior High School wrestling team finished third Friday in the East Clinton Junior High Dual Tournament.

The young Astros were 3-2. North College Hill was first, followed by Holmes (Ky.), East Clinton, Williamsburg, Madison-Plains and Dixie.

East Clinton defeated Madison-Plains 42-36, Williamsburg 40-18 and Dixie 42-12. The Astros lost to North College Hill 36-34 and Holmes 50-30.

Individually, Josh Cline was 5-0 with 3 pins at 134 pounds while John Cline was 5-0 with 2 pins at 142 pounds.

Kamrin Debord was 3-1 at 80 pounds, Brayden Esposito was 4-1 with 2 pins at 92 pounds, Kaleb Kingery was 4-1 with a pin at 122 pounds, Hayden Pirman was 3-1 with 3 pins at 142 pounds, Nathan Vest was 2-3 with 2 pins at 150 pounds and Brayden Dotson was 4-1 with 3 pins at 160 pounds. Toby Morgan also competed for East Clinton in the 150-pound weight class.
