The East Clinton junior varsity volleyball team posted a pair of wins last week.

On Thursday, East Clinton defeated Georgetown 25-2, 25-18. “The entire team played well. Kills and digs were spread among the team as everyone logged playing time. The real start of the night was our serving. We had only four serving errors combined for both (sets). We also had 22 aces,” coach Kelli Jamison said.

Kelsi Lilly had eight aces and Jozie Jones had six. Lauren Hadley finished with three aces and Lydia Kessler and Kami Whiteaker had two each. Alexis Rolfe also had an ace.

On Tuesday, East Clinton defeated Clermont Northeastern 25-23, 25-19.

Mackenzie Pence had five kills while Jones and Whiteaker ahd four each. Lilly had two kills, three aces and five digs.
