KANSAS CITY, Mo. – Wilmington College junior Zach Burgmeier earned third team honors on the United Soccer Coaches All-Central Region team.

Burgmeier, whose 2019 season was his first with the Fightin’ Quakers, led the team offensively with 24 points and six assists. He also finished second on the squad in goals with nine.

This award comes after Burgmeier was a second team All-OAC selection.

As a team, Wilmington finished the 2019 season with a 10-7-2 overall record and a 3-5-1 mark in Ohio Athletic Conference (OAC) play.
