BHS boys win 5th straight SBAAC match

GEORGETOWN — The Blanchester boys bowling team won its fifth straight match Wednesday over Felicity, 2,052 o 1,718 at Community Lanes.

The Blanchester girls had their best team total of the year but came up short to the Cardinals 1,601 to 1,355.

Bri Haun had 279 for Blanchester and Aleah Wells finished with 254. Jill Richardson and Kylie Campbell both had 186. Leeann Stannus and Madison Pembleton also bowled single games for BHS.

On the boys side, Orin Pots had a 371 series while Josh Allen finished with 351. Bryan Brewer had a 302 and Brian Miller totaled 285.

Taylor Cochran and Carter Stevens bowled single games for the Wildcats, who remained unbeaten in SBAAC National Division play.
