Brockman leads CNE over BHS girls 53-28

OWENSVILLE — Natalie Brockman scored 24 points and Clermont Northeastern defeated Blanchester 53-28 Monday in SBAAC National Division girls basketball action.

Blanchester drops to 1-4 overall, 0-4 in the National Division.

Clermont Northeastern is 3-1 in league play and 4-1 overall.

Holly Scott led Blanchester with nine points. Lilly Brown had six points and nine rebounds. Lana Roy hauled in a team-best 10 rebounds for BHS.

The Rockets jumped out to an 18-8 first quarter lead and held a 29-11 advantage at halftime.
