LEES CREEK — A big second propelled Georgetown to a 59-45 win over East Clinton Monday in SBAAC National Division girls basketball action.
The Astros are 2-5 overall and 1-2 in the National Division.
Georgetown evens its record at 3-3 overall and 2-2 in the conference.
East Clinton 9-5 after one quarter and 19-15 at halftime.
But the Lady G-Men scored 26 points in a wild offensive third quarter outburst. East Clinton’s deficit after three was 41-32.
Georgetown won the final period 18-13 and the game by 14.
