G-Men win battle of National Division unbeatens

WILMINGTON — Georgetown won a match of SBAAC National Division heavyweights Wednesday at Royal Z Lanes.

The G-Men remained unbeaten at 7-0 with a 2,361 to 2,187 win over the Blanchester boys bowling team.

The loss is the first of the season in the conference for the Wildcats.

Orin Potts led Blanchester with a 427 two-game set while Josh Allen followed with a 364. Bryan Brewer had 328 and Brian Miller totaled 294. Jacob Shelton came in with 272.

For the girls, despite a season-best of 1,370, Blanchester was defeated by Georgetown.

Aleah Wells had 252 to lead he way while Bri Haun had 232. Kylie Campbell had 213 and Jill Hudson contributed 164. Leeann Stannus had a 163 series.
