CJ posts 70-27 win over CM girls

DAYTON — Chaminade-Julienne put 11 players in the scorebook Monday in a 70-27 win over Clinton-Massie in non-league girls basketball action at the CJ gym.

The Eagles led 13-2, 39-12 and 51-18 at the first three quarter stops.

Chaminade Julienne starters played in the fourth quarter of the game.

“Ran into a good basketball team tonight,” CM coach Tim McGraw said.

Kenzie Avery led the Lady Falcons with 10 points.

“We have been playing better ball lately,” said McGraw. “We just have to move on from it.”

CJ is 7-4 on the year. Massie is 2-9.
