NEW PHILADEPHIA – The Wilmington College wrestling team went 0-6 Sunday in the Golden Eagles Duals at New Philadelphia High School.

The event was hosted by Kent State Tuscarawas.

Wilmington was defeated by Rochester College, Otterbein University, Kent State Tuscarawas, Henry Ford College, Mercyhurst Northeast, and Ancilla College.

“We fought hard,” said WC head coach Justin Kihn. “I can’t wait to get back on the practice mat to see what we can learn from this past weekend.”

Wilmington will wrestle at Defiance 7 p.m. Friday.
