The Blanchester seventh grade girls basketball team was defeated by New Richmond 39-25 Monday night.

Brinli Crosley led Blanchester with nine points. She also had four rebounds, two steals and a blocked shot.

Lana Roy had six points, two steals and a rebound. Casey Kingsland and Caili Baumann had four points each for the Ladycats. Kingsland also had three rebounds, two steals and three blocked shots. Baumann had three rebounds and two steals. Maddie Wells had two points, a rebound, a steal and a blocked shot. Maddie Pohlman blocked a shot.
