Monroe stops short-handed Massie girls 48-15

MONROE — A short-handed Clinton-Massie girls basketball team was defeated by Monroe 48-15 Saturday in a non-league game at MHS.

The Lady Falcons are 3-14 on the year. Monroe is 10-8.

Clinton-Massie’s game scheduled for today against New Richmond has been postponed.

Clinton-Massie had three girls out and several others playing with various illnesses on Saturday. With only 10 players on the roster, school officials decided to reschedule the game with New Richmond.

Kenzie Avery led Massie with nine points.
