Another shutout for WHS boys; JV soccer wins too

HILLSBORO — The Wilmington High School boys soccer team recorded its second straight shutout Saturday with a 2-0 win over Hillsboro.

The victory in the non-league match puts the Hurricane at 2-0 on the year.

Collin Webber was again in goal for WHS.

Brady Vilvens found the back of the net for both Wilmington goals.

The Hurricane reserve squad was a 2-0 winner over the Indians.

Alyk Lippincott and Morales scored goals for Wilmington.
