WILMINGTON — In a close match, the Georgetown boys bowling team defeated Blanchester 1,959 to 1,826 Monday at Royal Z Lanes in SBAAC National Division action.

Ryan Brewer led the Wildcats with a 2-game series of 389.

Bryan Brewer followed with a 359 and Brian Miller had a 301. Dakota Abney was next with 284. Jacob Shelton and Braxton McFaddin both bowled single games for the Wildcats.

The Wildcats will host Clermont Northeastern Rockets Wednesday at Royal Z Lanes.
