Adena hangs 52-35 loss on East Clinton girls

FRANKFORT — Scoring the first 10 points of the game, Adena never looked back Saturday in a 52-35 win over East Clinton in non-league girls basketball.

The Astros are 7-7 on the year. The Warriors move to 11-2.

After leading 10-0, Adena held on for a 14-8 first quarter advantage. That was as close as East Clinton would get in this one.

It was 30-14 at halftime and 41-21 after three quarters.

Emma Garrison had 19 points and nine rebounds for Adena.
