Rodger O. Borror Middle School eighth grade boys basketball team defeated Goshen 39-27 Monday night.

Coach Eric Conley said the young Hurricane “played really well.” ROB led by 21 points at halftime, prompting the coach to play the second team the entire second half.

Luke Achtermann led the way with 10 points.

Bryson Schutte added eight points and Michael Streety scored six. Bryant Conley and Zane Smith had four points each. Malachi Cumberland chipped in with three points. Hunter Wisecup and Logan Phillips had two points each.
