The Blanchester eighth grade girls basketball team doubled-up on Clermont Northeastern 38-19 Tuesday and improved to 12-0 on the season.
The coaches said this was the best offensive game of the season for Blanchester. The team was patient, moved the ball well from one end of the floor to the other and made the extra pass to find the open player.
Torie Potts paced the Blanchester offense with 14 points.
Maggie Grant added eight points while Kylee Hamm, Alayna Davenport and Maddie Gillman finished with four points each. Audri Byrom and Quynn Dawley had two points each. Aubrey Gustin, the coaches said, also played well in the victory.
