Massie JV girls now 10-5 after 52-18 win

The Clinton-Massie junior varsity girls basketball team improved to 10-5 Friday with a 52-18 win over Fayetteville-Perry.

Hope Roberts had 13 points to lead Clinton-Massie, eight of those coming in the second half.

Mary Moyer’s Lady Falcons led 9-2 after one quarter then extended the difference to 20-7 at halftime.

The Massie defense continued to shine as the third quarter lead was 31-12.

Hanna Bowman had 11 points for Clinton-Massie while Laila Davis added eight and Alex Pence tossed in six. Madi Bayless rounded out the scoring with two points.

Taylee Olberding, Mikayla Wonderly, Lauren Carter and Kyla Hesler also played for Clinton-Massie.
