SOUTH CHARLESTON — East Clinton was third and Blanchester fourth Saturday in the Southeastern Invitational track and field meet.
In the team standings, East Clinton was third with 125 while Blanchester finished fourth with 62. Southeastern topped the field with 133 points while Emmanuel Christian was runnerup with 126 points. Troy Christian, Triad, Bethel and Columbus Briggs rounded out the field.
East Clinton had first-place finishes by Carah Antek in the 1,600-meter run, Kenton Deaton in the 300-meter hurdles and the 4×100-meter relay team of Jordan Collom, Lauren Runyon, Gracie Evanshine, Libby Evanshine.
Blanchester’s best finishes were by Becca Kratzer second in 100 hurdles and Ainsley Whitaker second in discus.
