The Clinton-Massie girls soccer lost to Dayton Carroll 6-1 Wednesday afternoon in a non-league road match.

The loss was the first of the season for Clinton-Massie, 5-1 on the year. Carroll is 2-3.

“Tough match for our girls but a great game to learn from,” CM coaches said. “We will continue to work hard and get better. Proud of the team for showing good character through adversity.”

Kayla Wilson had the only CM goal. Macy Kreider was credited with an assist.
