The East Clinton freshman volleyball team was defeated by Wilmington 16-25, 18-25 Monday afternoon.

Makayla Seaman led East Clinton with four assists, six points, an ace and two kills. Sydney Beiting had three kills, an ace, an assist and eight good passes.

Ava Mess finished with three kills, two aces, six points and a good pass. Chloe Scott contributed four good passes. Taylor Barton chipped in with a point and four good passes. Isabel Creek recorded an ace and a kill.
