LEES CREEK — East Clinton rallied from a six-run deficit Wednesday and defeated Greeneview 8-6 in a Div. III Dayton Sectional tournament game at ECHS.

The Lady Astros will play at Middletown Madison tonight in the second round.

Tori Bailey drove in the two winning runs in the sixth. Tressana Osborne started the sixth with a bunt single. Madisyn Cox followed with a single then both players came home on Bailey’s hit to right.

Bailey also drove in two runs in the fifth inning when the Lady Astros tied the game.

Taylor Boeckmann drove in two runs and had two hits. Bailey finished with four RBI.

Sierra Christian, who got off to a rough start, settled down and held the Lady Ram scoreless over the last few innings while East Clinton’s offense was scoring at a rapid pace.
